Curls has launched its 2023 hair trend report, 'Translate'—a collection of five hairstyles. Each hairstyle is matched up with a product bundle, aka "Curl Product Kit," to help achieve the look. Styles include cornrows, braids, and curls.
Curls' "Translate" is designed to "empower women with textured hair to speak their truth and express themselves through their hair," the brand states.
Mahisha Dellinger, founder of Curls, says, "Our hair is a statement of who we are. It's a reflection of our heritage, our culture, and our identity."
The launch kicks off with a campaign video, followed by a live virtual shopping event on March 27th on the Curls Shopping Network. On air, celebrity stylist Johnny Wright, who counts former First Lady Michelle Obama among his clientele, will walk through how to recreate the hairstyles featured within "Translate" using Curls products.
