The L’Occitane Group has acquired Italian luxury home fragrance brand Dr. Vranjes Firenze—marking another step in the Group’s strategy to build a geographically balanced portfolio of strong premium beauty and fragrance brands.
With an emphasis on in-house production and R&D, Dr. Vranjes has consistently delivered ‘Made in Florence’ experiences through its home diffusers, scented candles and a growing line of personal fragrances that are anticipated to become an integral part of the brand’s portfolio.
