Amorepacific has appointed Giovanni Valentini as the new CEO of its North America Regional Headquarters. In this role, he will oversee the group’s strategic vision, strengthen the region’s organizational structure, and optimize operations.
Valentini will also help grow Laneige, Innisfree, and Sulwhasoo, and as new-to-market brands. He will also serve as the global brand holder for US-based brand Tata Harper Skincare, which was acquired by Amorepacific in 2022.
Valentini most recently served as General Manager of Lancôme USA under the L’Oréal Luxe Division. He also held leadership roles at Kiehl’s, Armani Beauty, and Unilever brands in different geographies.
Amorepacific aims to elevate its North American business with a focus on expanding the customer base for its core brands – Laneige, Innisfree, Sulwhasoo, and Tata Harper – while continuing to diversify brand offerings in the US and Canada.
The former head of North America, Robin Na has been assigned to lead the Japanese division. With Na’s extensive experience and proven capabilities in leading international business operations, Amorepacific aims to amplify its successes in the Japanese beauty market.
