Olay signed on as an official partner for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The brand recently launched Cleansing Melts will serve as the official cleanser for the USA Team this summer.
Olay has taped sport climber Natalia Grossman, track and field stars Sha’Carri Richardson and Athing Mu, soccer player Rose Lavelle, and gymnastics gold medalist Laurie Hernandez to front the Cleansing Melts.
The Cleansing Melts are water-activated, dissolving squares that are designed to offer a comprehensive and gentle cleanse in three hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and retinol varieties.
Stephanie Headley, senior vice president, of global Olay and skin care, at P&G Beauty, said, “P&G has been a longstanding partner to the Olympics, but this is the first time Olay is taking the opportunity to show up in a big way at the Olympics.”
This is the first beauty partnership for four of the five athletes. In 2016 for the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, Hernandez partnered with P&G to face the Crest brand.
