After ten years in the role, she moved to London to take on a new opportunity leading Travel Retail, EMEA.
In 2016, Fox relocated to Japan as General Manager of the Japan affiliate, where she grew market share and profitability in one of Asia’s largest economies. In 2020, she returned to London to serve as SVP & General Manager for the UK & Ireland, assuming the President position six months later.
During her time as President, she successfully navigated shifting retail dynamics and the Covid pandemic, while delivering sustained growth across channels and brands.

Fox introduced safe space conversations, multiple new Employee Resource Groups, accessible ways of working, and she was a highly committed advocate for the Breast Cancer Campaign.
Previously, Nyberg held a leadership role in the U.K. & Ireland region from 2012 to 2016, working closely with the Regional President as Vice President, Regional CFO, and Strategy Leader. Her leadership in this role established her strong credentials in the region and made her particularly well-qualified to assume this important new role.
From 2016 to 2020, she relocated to New York and was promoted to SVP where she led Global Finance & Strategy for a portfolio of brands and significantly contributed to the cluster overachieving its business goals and sustainable, profitable growth.
She led Finance & Strategy for North America while driving the transformation of the region, and ensuring it delivered its growth and market share gain strategy. In November 2020, she returned to the U.K. in a dual global role as SVP Global Marketing Planning and Transformation Lead for integrated business planning, working across brands, regions, and functions.
