L’Oréal-owned skincare brand SkinCeuticals has partnered with video commerce company Bambuser, to debut a new digital clienteling experience—the Pro 1:1 Virtual Consultation.
This new feature enables online customers to directly connect with a licensed aesthetician for skincare advice, product recommendations, and a personalized skincare routine.
