Bergami Adds Cartoning System

Bergami announces the latest addition to its Modular Vertical Cartoning Systems—the ASV120. Designed with the same principles as its ASV60 and ASV80, Bergami says the ASV120 takes inline vertical cartoning to a new level. The balcony format offers clean operation and ample access. The inline design permits the full format changeover from the front of the machine, usually in less than 15 minutes.  Integrated servo-pick and place systems offer very flexible product loading for bottles, jars, vials and more. Top loading of the product allows for simple and effective handling of unstable products, products in pucks and products that require groupings. Speeds reach up to 120 cartons/boxes per minute.
