David Prague has been named vice president of operations at Topline Products.
Prior to Topline, Prague was president and managing director at Shya Hsin Packaging USA. He previously was vice president of packaging at the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal USA. He holds more than 15 years of executive level experience in the cosmetics industry, and was named Packaging Executive of the Year in 2008 by HBA Global Expo.
Jean-Luc Haulet has been named general manager for Topline’s new European organization. He previously served as general manager at Cosworld-Primapack, Topline’s recent European acquisition. He will report directly to Vincent Groccia, chief operating officer at Topline.
