Eastar Copolyester in the Swim with Neblina The cap for Yves Rocher's Neblina fragrance posed a unique challenge for manufacturer Armep, Auray, France. The company uses a biinjection process to over mold a small elastomer part to make the cap. The challenge was to find a plastic and an elastomer that had good compatibility with the fragrance as well as chemical adhesion with each other. Eastman Chemical's Eastar copolyester was chosen plus a specific elastomer recommended by Ludovic Gardet of Eastman's technical services department.
