Aveda’s 2011 gift set collection features eight limited edition gift sets that take guests on a sensory journey of harmony and tranquility and, at the same time, help support the indigenous communities and craftsmanship of northwestern Nepal.
The collection celebrates the beauty of well-being while honoring the 900-year-old craft of Nepali papermaking. Every gift set is adorned with lokta paper handcrafted in the Himalayas by Himalayan Bio Trade, an organization owned by a consortium of community-based groups, and which has also achieved Wildlife Friendly certification for their lokta production.
