Seram says by integrating digital identity into products, brands offer the opportunity to establish a one-to-one B2C & C2C dialogue, with immediate impact, for purposes including: authentication; information and advice; traceability; online purchases; store location information; video, streaming media and augmented reality; chatbots, social network and community sharing.
Last Fall, Seram launched Smartlace, a lace pattern that is paired with a patented technology of visual recognition. It delivers a customized message based on a small variation of the pattern’s details.
