This exceptional brush meets the major challenges of sustainable development that we face today. Make-up using responsable product is now possible. We have created a brush with the handle made of 50% shell and 50% bioplastic. The plastic is recovered from a plant with many benefits, it is the ricin. This plant grows in arid environments and requires little water and nutrients. The shell comes from the oyster waste from many oyster on the altantique coast. Through this handle, we contribute to the recovery of waste by reusing these minerals. This handle was developed in partnership with the company Authentic MaterialHandle 100% recyclable and 100% natural. The brush head is made of : 65% recycled fiber and 35% raw fiber. On average, 8 million tons of plastic waste are thrown into the sea each year worldwide. This is the equivalent of one truckload of waste dumped into the sea every minute. Plastics remain in the sea for up to 450 years and microplastics never completely disappear.
The recycled fiber is made of PET bottle waste that pollutes our planet. We contribute to the de-pollution of our oceans by recycling PET bottles to give them a new life.
