APC Packaging will be at Luxe Pack New York talking to visitors about its patented Airless Refillable System.
Designed by APC Packaging's engineering department, the system utilizes a simple push of a button to release the inner assembly. This allows the customer to easily replace only the inner bottle, and sliding to snap it back into position.
APC’s refillable system utilizes polyproylene (PP), but can also be created with 75-100% PP PCR by package weight. The outer cartridge was designed using PP enhanced with NX UltraClear to challenge the traditional clarity of glass.
The internal cartridge can be recycled (recycle code 5) and a new cartridge can be used with the same actuator and outer bottle.
This system's features reduce the package's carbon footprint and environmental impact.
