Cosmoprof Asia attracted nearly 60,000 visitors, and increased its number of exhibitors by 7%.
The turnout from 93 different countries was attributed to a large increase in representation from the U.S. and European countries such as Belgium, Denmark, Hungary and Sweden—together with emerging countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, South Africa and Turkey. There were 22 national and group pavilions, with the largest being Korea, followed by Italy.
More than 2,360 exhibitors (up 9% over 2013) from 42 countries and regions was an all-time record.
