Elisabeth Salom L’Ancien has been appointed vice president business development, fragrance, global market development beauty, at Aptar Beauty + Home. Salom L’Ancien began her career at Aptar in 1998 and was in charge of customers including L’Oréal, Cartier and Clarins. Since 2010 she has held the position of director of business development for the fragrance division and has contributed to developing its strategy on an international level. She has led Aptar Beauty + Home product introductions in the market such as Eternelle, Precious and La Petite.
