However, Coty confirmed the other 10 P&G fragrance licenses, including those for Gucci, Hugo Boss, Lacoste and Escada, will transfer when the portfolio of around 40 P&G brands takes place during the second half of this year. The transfer, announced last summer, also includes P&G’s salon hair products and cosmetics businesses.
In the meantime, Coty continues to expand its luxe fragrance holdings, recently signing a deal with Tiffany’s to develop men’s and women’s premium fragrances.
