All winners to be revealed in November
A panel of blue ribbon judges representing the broad spectrum of the packaging industry from Cosmetics and Fragrances to Household products has convened to review over 90 entries in the 38th Annual Package of the Year Awards sponsored by the New Jersey Packaging Executives Club.
Nearly 50 packages received commendation in 10 different industry segment categories and five special Impact award categories.
Taking top prize as Package of the Year was Batallure Beauty’s Robert Graham Blended Essence Launch Packaging submitted by Metal Dynamics and Encore International. The coveted Students’ Choice Award was selected by senior student judges from Rutgers University for Norell Elixir by Norell Parfums New York. Gold, silver, bronze, honorable mention and impact awards were also selected in each category.
The awards will be presented at the annual POY Gala, November 17th, at the Madison Hotel in Convent Station, NJ. The awards presentation will be accompanied by live music, attendance gifts and commemorative program, a massive awards display and tricky tray.
