Virospack says customization is key, especially when it comes to finishing techniques on dropper bulbs and compacts. Last spring, the supplier launched metallized bulbs, a luxury end that increased their large range of standard finishes, including lacquering, hot stamping, screen printing, wooden finishes, metal shells, aluminum sleeves, metallization and more. Now the company has developed a new end decoration, described as “drenched in innovation and impact.”
Virospack says it is “the first and only company that offers texturized finish for the rubber bulbs in classic droppers, and also in the body of push button droppers.”
The texturization is described as a new decoration technique achieved by playing with microreliefs. A new high-tech printing technique allows them to play with the design at different depths offering a very special final effect to the eye and touch. A new 3D technology provides new effects and designs with 3D texture.
The work relies on a computerized system using a texturizing laser, that allows Virospack to control the position, depth, design and end effect at each moment.
Textured finishes can be done in nearly any color and can mimic leather, rubber, velvet, raffia and more.
