TNT Global Manufacturing has designed and manufactured the caps made of zamac and the collars made of aluminum and brass for the Portraits’ Collection of the British brand, Penhaligon’s.
According to the supplier, the technical challenge was in the accuracy of the details, which required a complex production process—injection, demolding, assembly—especially for the head of the deer. TNT says the decoration and finish display an exceptional level of quality, as each piece was manually polished before gold galvanization, similar to a goldsmith’s work.
