As Coty Inc. continues to merge P&G brands into its portfolio, there has been a change in leadership in the company’s Consumer Beauty division. Esi Eggleston Bracey, a former P&G executive who was appointed as president Coty Consumer Beauty less than two years ago, has decided to leave the company for personal reasons.
Laurent Kleitman, former executive vice president Global Hair Care category at Unilever, has been appointed to the position, and will report directly to Camillo Pane, Coty’s CEO. He will be a member of the Coty Executive Committee.
Laurent served in his position at Unilever since 2015. Prior to this, he was CEO of Unilever Russia, Ukraine & Belarus, and his career at the multinational spans beauty, luxury fashion, and personal and home care.
