Patrick Bouchard has been appointed vice president client management, Travel Retail Worldwide, for The Estée Lauder Companies. He reports to senior vice president and general manager, business operations Travel Retail Worldwide, Israel Assa, and will be based in Switzerland. Bouchard previously worked at Spanish fragrance house Puig as global travel retail managing director and general manager. He served as board member and vice president commercial at Tax Free World Association (TFWA) from 2012 to 2016.
Marie Han Silloway has been appointed senior vice president, global consumer marketing, for the flagship Estée Lauder brand. Silloway will be responsible for developing advanced consumer marketing strategies and engagement capabilities that will further build Estée Lauder’s global consumer community. In this role, she will oversee Estée Lauder’s social and digital media, omni-channel, promotional, online and in-store initiatives. She has built her expertise in consumer marketing, retail and business management, first at advertising agencies such as Saatchi and Euro RSG and then through multiple senior positions she held at Coca-Cola, Starbucks and, most recently, Godiva.
Matthew Parr has been named senior vice president, global creative director, for the Estée Lauder brand. He succeeds Richard Ferretti, who led Estée Lauder’s global creative efforts since 2011 and was recently named global creative director at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Parr will lead all creative aspects of the Estée Lauder flagship brand, including aspirational visual communication across all touch points, including digital, social media, TV, print, packaging, visual merchandising and store design. He served as vice president, global creative at MAC Cosmetics for the last four years, where he continually created innovative digital, social and in store campaigns in MAC’s key regions and markets. Prior to MAC Cosmetics, Parr held senior creative positions at Kate Spade, Jo Malone London and Laird & Partners.
