Cosmoprof Asia, with its “One Fair, Two Venues” format, continued its success in 2017, attracting 83,793 visitors from 135 countries, up 9% compared with last year’s exhibition.
Cosmopack Asia was held at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) from November 14-16, alongside Cosmoprof Asia in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from November 15-17.
A total of 2,877 companies exhibited this year, representing 54 countries and regions, showing an increase of 7% compared with last year. In addition, the exhibition area grew to 108,600 sq. meters, an 11% increase compared with last year. Pavilions represented 25 countries and regions, with the highest double-digit growth leaps for Japan, Australia and China.
Cosmopack ASIA at AWE spotlighted the supply chain, with 843 companies from 23 countries and regions taking part in the show. Exhibitors represented all segments of the industry from raw materials and ingredients to primary and secondary packaging.
