She has more than 25 years of professional global business development experience in the cosmetic/personal care industry, most recently as senior director of regional sales at Seacliff Beauty and VP of sales at Toly USA. Ruffini has solid commercial, technical, and sales and marketing expertise, as well as a strong knowledge of metal stamping, injection molding and blow molding.
