Tatcha has launched The Pearl ($48), a 2-in-1 treatment and illumination formulation with anti-aging Akoya pearl extract and detoxifying Uji green tea that “awakens eyes and reduces the look of dark circles and wrinkles instantly and over time, for concealer-optional eyes.”
Good for all skin types, the product is available in three shades: Moonlight, Softlight and Candlelight. Akoya pearl extract is said to be rich in amino acids, supports natural collagen production and anti-glycation protection in the skin to address the darkening of skin under the eyes, known as “kusumi” in Japan.
