Avon Products Close Offices, Eliminates Jobs

First came a report that Natura & Co had made a bid for Avon, which they denied. Then came word that the direct seller was streamlining to fuel growth and would be consolidating U.S. operations by closing New York area offices and eliminating 100 positions.

The company will sell its offices in Rye, New York, by 2019, and headquarter at its existing facilities in Suffern, NY.
