Regi epitomizes perfectly the dynamism of the Italian Beauty industry. Created in 1994, the firm has enjoyed constant development. The main recipe: innovation, but also a tip-top organization to provide optimum customer service.
It’s a corporate philosophy confirmed by figures, since, according to Vittoria Cicchetti, Regi Italy will close 2018 with a year-on-year sales increase of 33%. Results are just as good across the Atlantic, where the Regi U.S. plant has also shown a significant sales growth, not to mention the Indian production unit whose results are also extremely encouraging.
Such positive achievements have been translated in new substantial investments as the Italian company has unveiled the plans for a significant expansion of the production unit next to the actual headquarters near Crema, Italy, expected to reach completion by the end of 2019.
This announcement joins a whole series of ongoing investments being made around the world.
In 2019, Regi U.S. will benefit from an expansion plan aimed at doubling today’s production capacity and broadening the range of products available overseas, while Regi India is expected to continue on the same path, as its production capacity, equipment and know-how have been improving at a constant rate since its establishment in 2009.
“We consider Regi Laboratories as a company that thinks global and acts local in the measure that our plants in Italy, India and the U.S. can work and grow together,” explained the company CEO Vittoria Cicchetti.
In order to do this, our commitment is to make all three of our production sites operate as a whole, with the same imprinting in the organization and production processes, with the same over-the-edge technology, and ultimately with the same approach to quality.”
Regi future investments are not limited to the expansion of the production plants. The company renews its commitment to makeup innovation by launching three new production technologies during the course of the year 2019. No details on the nature of these innovations have been revealed as yet, but the enthusiasm on the subject is tangible.
This last enterprise becomes symbolic of one of the main changes in the company’s recent years: a new corporate identity to show how creativity and technical mastery can move ahead in harmony. Regi Laboratories, in combination with an added blue twist to Regi’s trademark pink color, communicates the evolution of the corporate identity and turns the spotlight on the technical side.
