Golden Arrow has named packaging expert Marianna Cilauro as director of sales and marketing. Cilauro has over 20 years of experience in packaging for the beauty industry. Based in New York, she previously served for six years as the vice president of sales for the U.S., for Cosmogen, headquartered in Paris, France. Prior to her role at Cosmogen, Cilauro held numerous managerial, business development and sales roles for multiple packaging companies.
Jason Sullivan has joined Golden Arrow as associate vice president of sales and marketing. Following a career in law enforcement, which was ultimately altered due to injury, he has worked within the packaging industry both nationally and internationally for the past 20 years. Sullivan has a passion for the environment and so says Golden Arrow was an easy choice, due to their sustainability offerings. In his new role, he will expand business growth in the retail luxury space.
