Steven MacPhail has joined Montebello Packaging as vice president of sales & marketing.
MacPhail has held various senior executive roles in manufacturing and retail, most recently at Labplas in St-Julie, Canada. His expertise covered Retail Apparel, Packaging and Laboratory Supplies industries.
During his previous roles, he successfully negotiated several distribution and licensing agreements and implemented several supply chain programs to improve the flow of goods to customers. His expertise is in strategic sales coupled with operational alignment to accelerate top line growth and profits. MacPhail is based in Lachine, Canada.
