SGB has introduced Baïa, an eco-friendly airless packaging line from Lablabo Packaging, that’s available in 30- and 50ml and up to 50% PCR, with “an optimized sustainable design.” Baïa means “elegant” and the ECOCERT/COSMOS labeled line has been designed to meet the needs of the cosmetic sector in airless packaging. Baïa is available in 30% PCR and 50% PCR versions to meet the customers’ demands.
The pack features a newly designed cosmetic pump whose motor allows the dispensing of high-viscosity formulas such as creams, lotion, serum, shampoo, mask, moisturizer, etc.; an optimal restitution (over 90%); a very high-dosing precision; and the repeatability of the dose.
The cylindrical shape bottle allows for a wide range of decoration options including silk screening, digital printing, silk screening and hot stamping.
Baïa is available in PE pouch or aluminum pouch (multi-layer complex) for maximum protection of the formula.
