Capsum, a French custom formulator and manufacturer, known as “a disrupter” in the beauty industry—and for using “Microfluidics”—has added to its U.S. business development team (going from 2-6 people), in addition to boosting its recent Austin-plant investments to achieve local carbon-neutral manufacturing.
Based on the East Coast, Aurélie Felix joined Capsum four years ago as an experienced business development director passionate about Beauty, which she studied at the French Universities in Cosmetology and then at FIT in the U.S. Working for raw material suppliers, brands and contract manufacturers, her unique experience covers all steps of product development.
On the West Coast, Jennifer Marlowe joined Capsum four years ago and brings over 17 years of experience in cosmetics and skin care. She holds an MBA and is known as a strategic thinker and leader in the beauty world.
Natasha Damon has joined Aurélie Felix on the East Coast. Both will handle skin care projects for brands based in the East, from Canada to Florida. Damon has a passion for healthy ingredients and sustainable options, along with a comprehensive background in cosmetic brand building and content creation, combined with skin care and color formula development experience.
On the West Coast and Intermountain area, Eve Tousignant, Evan Parker-Calderon and Diane Atia have joined Jennifer Marlowe. Tousignant and Parker-Calderon will help her develop the skin care business, while Atia will grow the makeup business globally in the U.S.
Eve Tousignant is an experienced business development/sales executive with a history in the cosmetics manufacturing industry. She was the former president of the board of directors for Beauty Industry West.
Evan Parker-Calderón holds extensive experience in turnkey product development, marketing and promotion. He is a licensed cosmetologist with an MS in Business Administration; Capsum says “his unique experience and insight allows for the creation and implementation of highly innovative and profitable products for leading multinational brands as well as innovative startups.”
Diane Atia, boasts a wide scope of experience in various project-oriented roles.Always eager to take on new challenges, she rounds out the team to concentrate on the makeup segment of the growing organization.
