    The Hut Group to Acquire NJ-based Bentley Labs for $255 million

    In its quest to become one of the largest global beauty producers, UK-based The Hut Group (THG) announced that it will acquire Bentley Laboratories, an Edison, NJ-based developer and manufacturer of prestige skincare and hair care products, in a deal worth $255 million. THG has been a leading customer of Bentley, which partners with scores of beauty brands, including Perricone MD.
