International Cosmetic Suppliers Ltd. (ICS) has announced the appointment of veteran cosmetic and beauty industry executive, Joshua Liu, as the company’s new general manager. Liu is based in the ICS Taiwan office and is responsible for managing all ICS Asia operations, reporting to ICS CEO Sue Nichols.
Liu has a proven track record in general management and driving and accelerating growth globally, and comes to ICS with 30 years’ experience in cosmetic and beauty packaging in China and Taiwan. He has experience in senior management positions at several international cosmetic and beauty packaging development, design and manufacturing facilities.
