The Penthouse Group (PHG) is now representing Erzi, known for manufacturing innovative, high-quality flocked applicator tips for the cosmetics industry. In addition to the many stock flocked lip gloss applicators, PHG offers custom shapes as well as custom flock and adhesives. With sustainability at its core, any of Erzi’s stock or custom applicators are available with recycled flock fibers as well as recycled spool materials, which the brand says makes them “the most eco-friendly flocked-tip applicators in the world.”
Erzi innovations include:
• Bisurface Applicators: “Partial flocking” allows for a specific targeted area to be covered in flock.
• Trilobal Flock: These 3-sided fibers reflect light, which gives the flocked tip a high sheen appearance.
• Irregularly Shaped Applicators: Erzi can flock a hollow applicator with a flow-through hole. The key consideration with flocking this type of shape is to avoid getting flocking inside the center hole, or unsightly excess glue in areas.
