The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Justin Boxford as global brand president, Estée Lauder. Boxford succeeds Stéphane de La Faverie, whose promotion to executive group president was part of a recent organizational change. In his new role, Boxford reports to de La Faverie, and will continue to serve on the company’s executive leadership team.
Boxford is responsible for driving Estée Lauder’s short- and long-term strategy. He joins Estée Lauder after almost six years at the helm of La Mer, “where he drove outstanding results, boosting net sales to become a top-performing brand for the company, as well as solidifying its leadership in global luxury skincare.”
Guillaume Jesel has been promoted to president, Global Brands, Tom Ford Beauty, Balmain Beauty and Luxury Business Development for The Estée Lauder Companies. He will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, executive group president and also to Tracey T. Travis, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
In this new position, Jesel will continue to oversee Tom Ford Beauty. Prior to Tom Ford Beauty, Jesel spent a decade with M·A·C.
Nathalie Berger Duquene has been appointed senior vice president, global general manager, Balmain Beauty, reporting to Jesel. With the anticipated launch of Balmain Beauty in 2024, Duquene “will lead a team in all aspects of strategy, concepting and innovation in collaboration with the leadership of Balmain.” She joined ELC in June 2019 as vice president/general manager, Tom Ford Beauty and Kilian Paris, EMEA. Prior to ELC, Duquene held global, international and regional roles across brands including Armani Beauty, Lancôme, Helena Rubinstein, Biotherm and Guerlain.
