Facetheory, the digitally-native, clean skin care brand from Sheffield, UK, is launching at French beauty store Galeries Lafayette on July 18 with a collection of 20 of its best-selling products.
The range will be available from two Paris based Galeries Lafayette stores (Haussman and Champs-Elysées) and online.
The retail partnership with Galeries Lafayette marks Facetheory’s first move into retail. It is part of the brand’s growth strategy to drive sales in key international markets.
Jamie Shuker, CEO and founder of Facetheory, says, “We believe there is a huge opportunity for Facetheory to grow brand awareness and sales abroad, especially in key international target markets such as France and the U.S. Partnering with Galeries Lafayette is a great first step in getting seen by French consumers who may not have come across our brand before.”
The collection, including Regenacalm Serum Pro and Amil-C Whip SPF30 among others, can be found in Galeries Lafayette’s new Wellness Revolution department, which reflects the seven pillars of health and beauty (health, body, skin, sleep, mind, fitness and sleep).
“Our customers don’t only like us for our products, but also for what we stand for. We put sustainability and the planet central to what we do,” adds Shuker. “We create only vegan and cruelty free products, source ingredients locally where we can and use eco-friendly packaging. We know that this has contributed to securing Galeries Lafayette as a retailer.”
