Stand out with our circular solutions

In addition to our recyclable standard tubes made of virgin aluminum, we also offer a range of tubes made from recycled aluminum: The Blue Tube Evo, the Monotube, and the MonoRefill.

All three tubes are made of 5% post-industrial recycled aluminum and 95% post-consumer recycled aluminum, which includes disposed-of and recycled aluminum packaging.


The Blue Tube Evo

With the Blue Tube Evo, we launched the world’s first tube made of 100% recycled aluminum. It is even more sustainable than standard aluminum tubes and offers a wealth of benefits for its contents and our planet:

• Made of 100% recycled aluminum: 5% PIR and 95% PCR, which includes disposed-of and recycled aluminum packaging
• Infinitely recyclable
• Designed for real circularity
• Significantly lower emissions compared to virgin aluminum tubes
• Available in a lightweight version
• Excellent barrier properties

The Monotube

Samples, miniatures, and travel sizes are must-haves in any beauty range. But the packaging also needs to be sustainable and minimize its environmental impact.

We designed the Monotube to fulfil that need. It is made of 100% recycled aluminum from base to tip. Both the tube and the closure are manufactured from a single material and in a single production step. So there is no need to separately manufacture a screw-on cap made of plastic or any other material.

Our Monotube is available in a range of sizes (sample-size, travel-size, single- or multi-use), making it a versatile solution for a wide range of products. It is an ideal alternative to existing miniature or sample packaging that is hard to recycle or not circular (such as sachets).

Its clever design also gives consumers the option of using all the product in one go, or resealing the tube temporarily.

Here’s how it works:



The MonoRefill

Refill packaging will be disposed of immediately after use, so it must have a low environmental impact and be easy to recycle. It should also be user-friendly and provide optimal protection for its contents.

The MonoRefill is our latest innovation, designed to give you everything you need from your refill packaging. It’s lightweight, made of 100% recycled aluminum (95% of which is PCR), and is easily recyclable. It’s available in a range of different sizes and is ideal for refilling perfume flacons and different types of jars and small bottles. It can also carry concentrates to refill bigger bottles or dispensers.

The MonoRefill was also designed with the consumer experience in mind. It’s easy and satisfying to use: Consumers simply snap off the aluminum closure and empty the contents into the original container. The tube allows easy emptying while preventing spillages and mess, even with liquids like perfume. When the MonoRefill is empty, consumers can flip the closure over and insert it back into the tube so that everything gets recycled together.

We have also signed up to global initiatives such as the UN Global Compact and the Science Based Targets initiative.

Transparently reporting on our CSR performance is a priority for us. By participating in regular assessments such as those performed by EcoVadis, CDP, and SMETA, we provide honest updates on our progress across the three pillars.
