About Us
Since 1970, Wynalda Packaging has provided its customers with premium packaging solutions, offering superior quality and unmatched turnaround times. We specialize in paperboard folding cartons, plastic folding cartons, rigid boxes, and molded pulp packaging. With structural and graphic design, prototyping, plate-making, printing, foil stamping, die-cutting, gluing, pulp molding, and rigid box manufacturing done all in-house, we can manage your entire project from start to finish. Wynalda Packaging has a strong presence in the health & beauty market, and we have a passion for solving packaging problems with innovative and creative solutions. Made in the USA, our products are manufactured at our 400,000+ sq. ft. facility located in Belmont, MI, just north of Grand Rapids.
Sustainability
At Wynalda Packaging, we are committed to providing sustainable packaging solutions whenever possible and helping our customers identify opportunities to make their packaging more eco-friendly. Wynalda focuses on sourcing and utilizing materials that are biodegradable, recyclable, recycled, or made from renewable resources, including FSC®-certified (FSC® C149826) and SFI®-certified materials. We are proud to report a 100% recycling rate of paper waste produced during our manufacturing processes, and some of that paper waste is even given a second life right here in our facility. Our Design Team also focuses on developing packaging that is optimized for size and shape to minimize waste and material usage while also optimizing for storage and transportation space.
Now Offering Molded Pulp Packaging
Made from up to 100% recycled content, and completely biodegradable and recyclable, Molded Pulp Packaging offers a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic options. Our molded pulp trays are custom designed to fit your product perfectly and can be finished with an ultra smooth texture for a luxurious and sustainable solution. Our trays can be printed, laminated, and customized with branding. They can also be tipped onto paperboard to form a blister pack, placed inside a folding carton, or glued into a rigid box.
