Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) will debut a new sampling concept at the 2013 show. It is called "Beautique" and will showcase sampling trends while raising money for charity.
HCT Packaging is Beautique's official sponsor, and created the boxes that will house the samples.
Beautique will be located on the CPNA's main show floor, and visitors will be asked to choose 7 deluxe sized samples from 20 exhibiting brands, for $10. All proceeds will benefit City of Hope, a research, treatment and education center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases.
The idea for Beautique was inspired by one of the latest sampling beauty trends - e-tailers are filling specially curated boxes with sample-sized beauty products, which customers pay to receive monthly.
