Arcade Beauty (formerly Arcade-Bioplan) is expanding its service offerings for beauty brands in Europe and the US., due to its new investment in digital printing.
Specialized in rotogravue, Socoplan’s Airvault site in France is adding a new-generation digital printer to its industrial offer with the aim of boosting flexibility, production capacity and reducing lead times. This investment was made possible by the technical and graphic expertise of Socoplan’s team at the Airvault site. It also reaffirms the company’s committment to the region.
Depending on the technical demands and volumes requested, Arcade Beauty's new site now offers either digital or rotogravure printing, while using the same print mediums and containers approved by its clients (including all decoration shapes and overprinting techniques like hot-stamping and varnish.)
Arcade Beauty says it will now be better able to respond to clients’ demands for flexibility, reactivity, short lead times, and small batch printing, the supplier says. It also now offers printing services for limited editions, personalization by product reference, exclusive offers, launches, contests and more. The supplier's digital printing services include high-quality standards for fine text, contrasts, color rendering, and precision in decorating.
Socoplan in brief A subsidiary of Arcade Beauty, global leader in cosmetics sampling, Socoplan has been located in the Deux-Sèvres region in France for more than 45 years. It manufactures at two other sites: In Airvault, for luxury printing on flexible materials (50 employees). In Saint-Jean-de-Thouars, the packing site for make-up and skincare samples (thermoformed sachets, tubes, masks, pads…), 600 million units per year, and 250 employees.
