Jeunesse Global has been named one of The Best Places to Work in Direct Selling 2016 by Quantum Workplace in the direct selling industry’s inaugural Best Places competition.
Jeunesse co-founders Randy Ray (CEO) and Wendy Lewis (COO) say employee satisfaction is a top priority at their six-year-old skin care and nutritional products company.
“We are honored to be among just seven companies recognized in our industry,” Ray commented. “Our corporate employees offer a wealth of talent and skill, and it is reassuring that they feel valued and supported in the workplace,” said Lewis. As an honoree, Jeunesse will be profiled in an upcoming issue of Direct Selling News.
Jeunesse Chief Visionary Officer, Scott Lewis commented, “This award is especially meaningful to us because it essentially comes from our employees. It is truly gratifying to know that we offer a happy home for the personal and professional development of our employees.”
The 2016 Best Places to Work in Direct Selling program was open to North American direct selling companies with 50 or more employees. Companies honored were chosen based on the results of a confidentially administered employee survey designed to measure satisfaction in the workplace by evaluating factors such as employee recognition, engagement and leadership development.
