La Roche-Posay has proudly announced that the company has won 20 beauty awards in 2016 -- doubling its wins in 2015.
The brand was recognized this year in various prominent awards across multiple categories, bringing their total skincare wins to 55 and total Anthelios awards to 62. These awards are judged by editors, industry leaders and elite experts who test thousands of beauty products before awarding top honors.
Some of the products that were recognized include Anthelios Clear Skin Dry Touch Sunscreen (shown above on left), which won won eight beauty awards. It was the first dry-touch formulated sunscreen for the brand, and was honored in Family Circle, Glamour, O, The Oprah Magazine, People, Real Simple, Teen Vogue, TotalBeauty.com and Vanidades.
In addition, the revolutionary My UV Patch – (shown above, middle) a first-ever stretchable skin sensor that offers real-time monitoring and tracking of UV exposure – was awarded a "Sun Award" by SHAPE and was a finalist in both User Experience and Health categories for the highly-coveted Fast Company "2016 Innovation by Design Awards."
In another noteworthy win, Allure recognized the Effaclar Dermatological Acne System (above, right) for the second year in a row as "Best Acne System" in the magazine's "Best of Beauty" Awards.
