Ellis Faas cosmetics is launching a charity campaign to raise money for War Child: Make Up Not War. The theme of this year’s campaign is kissing, so Kiss To Make Up Not War.
To support the cause, Ellis has created a limited-edition lip shade in its long-lasting Hot Lips texture – described as a bright, happy and playful shade. The shade will launch July 1, and retails at $35. The full 100% of the net profits will go to War Child. The product is vegan, paraben-free, and cruelty free.
The brand has also created a new t-shirt (also in children’s size), which will also donate all net profits to War Child. In addition, the campaign will be supported by a “kissing” film, completely made with the help of professional volunteers. An online “kissing” campaign is positioned to go viral.
The campaign will also be supported by Ellis retailers, who will create special windows, organize campaign events, and “try to sell as many of the lip shade and t-shirts as they can, as well as collecting money in different ways.”
