Beautycounter's parent company, Counter Brands, has announced that Linda Simon will join the team as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. She will serve on the company's executive team.
Simon will report directly to Gregg Renfrew, founder/CEO of Beautycounter.
Renfrew comments, "We are thrilled to have Linda join our team here at the Beautycounter headquarters in Santa Monica. Creating an inspiring workplace culture where employees can execute on high quality work, advance their careers, and deliver on our mission of getting safer products into the hands of everyone, is a top priority for us. I know Linda will be instrumental in leading all aspects of HR management, including attracting top talent to our brand, and help us continue to create a work culture built on transparency, innovation, collaboration, and respect."
Simon's previous roles include time at AOL, Marriott, DIRECTV, and AT&T. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of Human Resources at Walmart.
