An explosion on Monday morning, followed by a fire and second explosion has left a male employee dead and nearly 40 injured at Verla International’s cosmetic manufacturing plant, according to The Record online.
The plant is located in Orange County — in New Windsor, NY.
The incident is under investigation and no cause for the explosions was given.
