SkinCeuticals continues to merge in-office procedures with its at-home clinical skincare products, and has opened a new Advanced Clinical Spa at The Institute of Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Longmont, Colorado.
Partnering with esteemed reconstructive surgeon Dr. Peter Schmid, SkinCeuticals' product line offers patients both immediate and long-term benefits, when used after procedures. For example, Schmid recommends his patients protect the skin against damaging free radicals and UVA/UVB rays with products that contain an antioxidant like C E Ferulic, such as Skinceuticals' line. "C E Ferulic not only delivers advanced environmental protection, but it also helps to speed recovery time and reduce visible scars post-surgery," he says.
Of the partnership, Matthew Curtis, SkinCeuticals' director of business development, says, "Dr. Schmid's dedication to providing each patient with the best results and achieving optimal skin aligns perfectly with SkinCeuticals' goals to ensure that all in-office treatments' results are maximized with at-home skincare products."
Recently, Skinceuticals launched a line of 'cosmeceutical cleansers.'
