Bond No. 9 New York will launch a new fragrance on April 1st -- Spring Fling.
Inspired by the vibrant florals throughout Manhattan, such as the irises, bluebells, geraniums, goldenrod, and daffodils found from the High Line to Central Park, Spring Fling is the "ultra feminine sister to Bond No. 9's New York Fling fragrance," the company says.
The new eau de parfum is a "floral-on-floral bouquet," featuring the opening notes of Lily of the valley and passionflower, followed by three seductive heart notes, rose-like honeysuckle, jasmin and wine-like freesia. The dry down is contemporary amber, slightly feral musk, and teak, "recalling a precious antique wooden box."
The Spring Fling 100 ml bottle is "a deep and mesmerizing violet-blue, with a seriously oversized, attention-grabbing fuchsia silk flower in full bloom," the brand says.
The back of the bottle features a handwritten message on the diagonal, in script: YOU LOVE ME, RIGHT? SO COME BACK FOR MORE OF ME. And then in fine print at the bottom: JUST BRING ME TO ANY BOND NO. 9 COUNTER FOR ONE FREE REFILL.
Spring Fling arrives on counter April 2018 and will be sold at Bond No. 9 New York Boutiques, Saks Fifth Avenue nationwide, select Bloomingdale's stores, Harrods UK, and Bond No. 9's website. It retails for $375.
