Al Lustrino has joined Kentucky-based, international bottle and jar manufacturer INOAC Packaging Group as president, commencing February 26, 2018.
In this position, Lustrino will be responsible for facilitating profitable growth through strategic and operational supervision of the business, development of new business with current and potential customers, identification of new product and investment opportunities and the successful implementation of Board approved strategies and business plans.
Lustrino brings a long and extensive background in packaging and product development for the personal care and cosmetics industries having spent 30 years in positions of increasing responsibility at Estée Lauder, Avon, Calvin Klein, Limited Brands, Gurwitch Products, Precision Valve and others.
His work experience includes global business development, innovation and product development, engineering management, supply chain management, as well as marketing and P&L responsibilities. Most recently, Lustrino served as Executive Director of New Product Engineering, Development and Design with Avon. He attended Manhattan College receiving both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering.
INOAC Packaging Group has plants in the United States, Mexico, Japan, and China. INOAC uses a highly refined stretch blow process and PET plastic to create heavy wall containers for some of the most respected cosmetic companies in the world.
