Rogers & Cowan has acquired ITB Worldwide -- the company responsible for some of the biggest licensing deals and retail partnerships in the beauty industry.
ITB Worldwide is a London-based, award-winning agency that specializes in entertainment marketing, representation, and brand licensing for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. The company will now be run by Emma Gregson (shown above) and Matthew Pitcher As managing directors.
ITB works with brands such as H&M, Mango, Avon, Chivas Regal, Lacoste and creative talent such as Hattie Stewart, Katie Hillier and Orla Kiely.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ITB will retain its name.
