Johnson & Johnson has made an offer of $2.05 billion in cash to buy all the outstanding shares of the Japanese cosmetics company Ci:z Holdings, which owns skincare brands Dr.Ci:Labo, Labo Labo, and Genomer.
J&J already owns 19.9% of the company and is its second-largest shareholder.
