Cosmoprof Asia Hong Kong wrapped up on November 16th — and organizers say this year was its largest edition, ever. Although the final numbers aren’t tallied yet, 83,000 visitors were expected, drawn by the show’s 3,030 exhibitors. (Update: The numbers are in -- Cosmoprof Asia Reports Record-Breaking Numbers).

Next, the industry will prepare for the 52nd edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, which will take place March 14th through March 18th, 2019.

A More Visitor-Friendly Fair District in Bologna

More than 250k professionals, opinion leaders and experts from all over the world are expected at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna next year, including more than 120k visitors from abroad.

Organizers say visitors will find changes at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, designed to make navigating the fair district more visitor-friendly — and the reorganization better reflects the global beauty market.

The newly reorganized sections, with new names and show dates — include:

Cosmopack & Cosmo - Perfumery & Cosmetics, March 14th - 17th, 2019: Cosmpack will include exhibitors divided in these areas: Contract & Private Label Cosmetics; Machinery & Packaging; Ingredients & Raw Materials; and Country Pavilions. The show will ‘live’ alongside the newly renamed Cosmo - Perfumery & Cosmetics show, which will include exhibitors in these areas: Cosmoprime; Cosmetics & Toiletries; Green & Organic; and Country Pavilions.

Cosmo - Hair & Nail & Beauty Salon, March 15th - 18th, 2019: This newly named show-within-a-show will include exhibitors divided in these areas: Professional Hair; Beauty & Spa; NailWorld and Country Pavillions.
